The subscribe button isn't working

An ad-blocker or a lost connection can stop Stripe Checkout opening. Try again with blockers off, or contact support.

Can I pay with Apple Pay?

Yes, where supported. Stripe Checkout shows Apple Pay automatically on supported devices and browsers, and card payment is always available as a fallback.

I paid but the app still shows the free preview

Open Full access and enter the email you paid with under “Already paid but still locked?” — we check Stripe and unlock straight away. You can also restore with the subscription ID from your receipt (it starts with sub_).

If Stripe shows the subscription as incomplete, it can take a moment to become active. Use “Refresh subscription status” after a short wait.

I want to change the payment method

Open Full access and choose “Manage or cancel” to open the Stripe billing portal, where you can update your card or payment method.

How do I cancel?

Use the same “Manage or cancel” button. Cancelling stops future payments and access continues until the end of the month you have paid for.

What do I get for £4 a month?

Without a subscription you keep the free preview: one topic per subject, 20 questions a day, one practice test a day and one 5-minute cram session a day.

Where are my receipts?

Stripe emails a receipt for every payment to the address you used at checkout, and past invoices are listed in the Stripe billing portal.
