The subscribe button isn't working

An ad-blocker or a lost connection can stop Stripe Checkout opening. Try again with blockers off, or contact support.

Can I pay with Apple Pay?

Yes, where supported. Stripe Checkout shows Apple Pay automatically on supported devices and browsers, and card payment is always available as a fallback.

I paid but the app still shows the free preview

Open Full access and use Restore access with the Stripe subscription ID from your receipt (it starts with sub_).

If Stripe shows the subscription as incomplete, it can take a moment to become active. Use “Re-check with Stripe” after a short wait.

I want to change the payment method

Open Full access and choose “Manage or cancel” to open the Stripe billing portal, where you can update your card or payment method.

I want to cancel

Cancel any time from the Stripe billing portal (Full access → Manage or cancel), or the manage link in your Stripe receipt. Access lasts until the end of the paid month.
