Subscription and billing help

You can handle everything about your £4/month subscription yourself, without waiting for us. Open Full access (or Settings) and tap “Manage or cancel subscription” to reach the Stripe billing portal, where you can update your card, view every invoice and cancel in a couple of taps.

Cancelling stops all future payments and you keep full access until the end of the month you have already paid for.

Paid but still locked

Open Full access and use “Already paid but still locked?” with the email you paid with. We check Stripe directly and unlock straight away.

If that does not work, use “Refresh subscription status”, or restore with the subscription ID from your Stripe receipt (it begins with sub_).

Report a mistake in the content

We write every note and question ourselves, so mistakes are ours to fix. Note the subject, the topic name and the exact question wording, and we will correct it in an update.

Always check anything that looks wrong against your own specification and class notes before your exam.

Contacting us

We are a small team and our support inbox is currently being rebuilt, so we cannot promise a response time. We would rather tell you that honestly than advertise support we cannot deliver.

In the meantime, billing, receipts, payment method changes and cancellation are all self-service through the Stripe billing portal, and every Stripe email receipt includes contact details that reach us about a payment.

Refund requests and requests to delete your account and data can be started the same way, using the email address you paid with.

Your rights

Nothing on this page limits your statutory consumer rights, your right to cancel, or your right to raise a payment dispute with your bank or card provider.

Requesting subjects and boards

Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Maths, English Language, English Literature, Computer Science, Religious Studies, Physical Education, Geography and History are in the app now, each shown with an honest content status per exam board. Requests help us decide what to write next.
