Refund Policy

14-day cooling-off period

UK consumers normally have 14 days to change their mind about a digital purchase. Because a subscription unlocks digital content straight away, you agree at checkout that access starts immediately.

If you subscribe and have not made substantial use of the paid features, request a refund within 14 days using the contact details on your Stripe email receipt, quoting the email you paid with, and we will refund your most recent £4 payment.

If you have already made substantial use of the paid features within those 14 days, a refund may be reduced to reflect that use or declined, which is what consumer law allows for digital content supplied immediately.

After the first 14 days

Monthly payments after the cooling-off period are generally non-refundable, because you have had access for the month you paid for.

Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next payment. Cancelling part-way through a month does not create a part-month refund, but you keep access until the month ends.

If something on our side stopped you using what you paid for, tell us — we will look at it case by case.

Payment problems

If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged an amount you did not expect, contact support with the email you paid with or your Stripe subscription ID (sub_...) and we will investigate and put genuine billing errors right.

You can also check the payment and manage links on the Stripe email receipt sent when you subscribed.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Stripe usually shows them within 5 to 10 working days of approval, depending on your bank.

A refund of the current month also ends access to paid features.

Your legal rights

Nothing here removes your statutory consumer rights under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
